We offer free returns & exchanges throughout Europe. So there's no risk in trying!

 

Returning your CAVAL

It's super simple! Fill out the form below using your order reference, which you'll find in your Cavalier account or in your order confirmation email.

 

What next?

Within 24 hours, you'll receive a return label to send the pair back to us. This allows you to drop off your CAVAL at a collection point (Post Office, shops, lockers).

Upon receipt of the return, we will process the exchange or refund according to your choice in the form.

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the return. They will appear in your bank account within 3 to 10 days.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have 1 month to return your CAVAL to us from the delivery date. We can only accept returns of pairs that are in their original condition and packaging. In short, only try your pair indoors, taking a few steps to ensure the size and style, then decide whether or not you'll go out in your CAVAL.

 

Returns to a reseller

It is not possible to return a pair ordered online to one of our resellers. For a pair purchased in-store, we invite you to ask about their policy at the time of your purchase.
