Express orders placed before 10:45 AM are shipped the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays) and delivered the next day before 1:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
NB: All express orders placed on Friday after 10:45 AM are therefore shipped on Monday.
Delivery to a pick-up point
After finalizing your order, you will be able to choose from a list of pick-up points near your home address. From the time of delivery, you have 10 working days to collect your package by presenting proof of identity.
Home delivery
Your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox, allowing you to choose between a new delivery attempt or drop-off at a pick-up point.
Track your order
You can track your order on your customer account. Tracking emails will also be sent to you until delivery.
Returns
> For countries residing in the European Union
For an exchange: If you exchange a product, the credit you receive will be based on the original price of the item, even if you purchased it on sale.
For a refund: We will process the refund via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
> Original shipping costs are not refunded. Only returned products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
> For countries residing outside the European Union
We will send you instructions for the return, which may include return shipping costs at your expense.
Fees, customs, and taxes
No additional tax is payable for orders placed within the European Union. For the rest of the world and Overseas France, taxes may apply depending on customs policies.
