Express orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered the next day before 10am (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Example 1: an express order placed on Tuesday at 9am will arrive on Wednesday morning

Example 2: an express order placed on Friday at 2pm will leave on the following Monday and arrive on Tuesday

Example 3: an express order placed on Thursday at 4pm will leave on Friday and arrive on Saturday

Your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days. In case of absence, a notice is left in the mailbox to choose between a new delivery attempt or a deposit in a collection point.

You have the possibility to follow your order on your customer account. You will also be sent emails to track your order until it is delivered.

No additional tax is payable for orders placed in the European Union. For the rest of the world and overseas, taxes may apply depending on customs policies.
